The CCA busbar can replace the pure copper busbar and reduce the production cost. It can be used in load distribution panel, gauge board, bus-room, HV istribution, electric cabinet, high/low voltage power controlling cabinet, power switch cabinet, special transformer, down-lead busbar, busduct, generator, welding machine, transformer, transducer, crane slid wire, high-intermediate-frequency heater, mutual inductance device, electric and communication equipment stand-up power, connection of assembly battery, etc.
Advantages:
Good conductivity: AC current capacity of copper clad aluminum busbar whose copper volume ratio is 15% is 85% of pure copper busbar.
Low weight: Density is only 37%-40% of pure copper busbar. In other words, CCA busbar length is 2.5-2.7 times of pure copper busbar in the same weight.
Good mechanical property: There are good tensile strength, flexibility, extensibility and firm metallurgy bonding.
Good extensity and productivity: It can be punched and sheared and bended. In order to improve anti-corrosion property, tin or zinc can be coated on the surface of copper.
